I’m excited to announce that my memoir Reclamation: An Asexual & Aromantic Journey to Wholeness will be published this spring!

This groundbreaking memoir, the first by an asexual-aromantic person discovering their identity later in life, exposes how equating love with romance and intimacy with sex limits our expression of self. It reveals the quiet cost of living a prescribed life—performing relationships, desire, and belonging according to scripts that never quite fit—and the toll of believing something is wrong when it isn’t. What unfolds is a powerful story of transformation: the liberation that comes when one’s true identity is embraced, and the long-hidden gifts of inner spirit are allowed to shine. Both intimate and expansive, my memoir invites readers of every identity to question inherited norms and consider how much of their own lives may be shaped by expectations that limit us all.
